Water & Sewer Utility Billing

Contact the City Office at 952-446-1061 to register your name for water and sewer billing.  Residents are billed monthly for Sewer and Water charges. Click here to see Water and Sewer Rates.

What Your Bill Looks Like:

When you receive your sewer or water bill, it will come in the form of a postcard.  Cut off the small portion and return this with your payment.

Payment Options:

Payment by Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address or you can place payment in the outside drop box.  We accept cash, check or money orders.  

Automatic Bank Draft
With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the 15th of the month and credited to your utility account.  There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment.  To set up Automated Bank Draft fill out the ACH Authorization for Direct Payment form and submit it to the City Office.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Payments must be received before or by the actual due date.  Payments postmarked but not received in our office will not be accepted as being paid on time.

Moving?

Please call the City Offices at 952-446-1061 at least a week or so before moving, so that we can do a final read.  A final bill will then be processed at the end of the month in which you are moving.
