Public Hearing - CUP Cannabis Retail

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of St. Bonifacius will hold a Public Hearing on October 1, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive, St. Bonifacius, MN.

The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public opinion with regard to a Conditional Use Permit application as submitted by property owner Chris Dana to conduct Cannabis Retail Sales at 4110 Main Street.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the conditional use permit will be heard at this meeting.
