NOTICE OF HEARING ON INCREASING

LIQUOR LICENSE FEES AND TOBACCO LICENSE FEES

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of St. Bonifacius will meet in the Council Chambers at 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive on the 21^st day of February 2024 at 6:45 p.m. to consider increasing liquor license fees and tobacco license fees. Written or oral objections will be considered at the hearing.

Individual notices have been mailed to the affected License Holders.

Proposed Increase:

          Tobacco License                            275.00 to 280.00 

          3.2 Percent Malt Liquor Off-Sale   100.00 to 110.00

          3.2 Percent Malt Liquor On-Sale   165.00 to 182.00

          Sunday On-Sale                            150.00 to 165.00

          Liquor On-Sale                             3000.00 to 3300.00

          Liquor Off-Sale                               100.00 to  110.00

          Drink Set-Up                                   300.00 to  330.00

          Wine & Beer On-Sale                     900.00 to  990.00
