PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of St. Bonifacius will hold a Public Hearing on July 21, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive, St. Bonifacius, MN.

The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public opinion with regard to a variance request allowing a new accessory structure to exceed the maximum 1000 square feet and maximum 15 foot height at 8832 Wildwood Avenue. The request includes the barn structure exceeding the total 1,000 square feet maximum and the 15 foot height maximum to remain in place. City Code 157.102.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the variance will be heard at this meeting.

In accordance with the requirements of Minn.Stat.Section 13D.021, the City Council has determined that an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 health pandemic emergency declared under Chapter 12 of the Minnesota Statutes.
