Public Hearing - 4268 Spruce Road - Variance Request

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of St. Bonifacius will hold a Public Hearing on April 16, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive, St. Bonifacius, MN.

The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public opinion with regard to Joe Kukulski’s variance request to construct a deck 7ft from the side property line at 4268 Spruce Road, P.I.D. 31-117-24-13-0014. City Code 157.058 restricts to a 15’ required setback.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the variance request will be heard at this meeting.
