City of St. Bonifacius 2023 Street & Utility Improvements Project

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of St. Bonifacius, MN will meet in the Community Room at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, to consider the making of the 2023 Street & Utility Improvements Project, an improvement on Steiner Street from Highway 7 to the cul-de-sac and on Palmer Place from Steiner Street to the cul-de-sac and on Glacier Road from the Minnetrista city limit line to Main Street / CSAH 92 and on Walnut Road from Glacier Road to the cul-de-sac and on Spruce Road from the Minnetrista city limit line to Glacier Road and on Forest Road from Glacier Road to Aspen Road and on Aspen Road from the cul-de-sac to the cul-de-sac and on Partridge Road from the Minnetrista city limit line to Main Street / CSAH 92, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111.  The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is also on Steiner Street from Highway 7 to the cul-de-sac and on Palmer Place from Steiner Street to the cul-de-sac and on Glacier Road from the Minnetrista city limit line to Main Street / CSAH 92 and on Walnut Road from Glacier Road to the cul-de-sac and on Spruce Road from the Minnetrista city limit line to Glacier Road and on Forest Road from Glacier Road to Aspen Road and on Aspen Road from the cul-de-sac to the cul-de-sac and on Partridge Road from the Minnetrista city limit line to Main Street / CSAH 92.  The estimated cost of the total improvement project is $5,269,000.  A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment along with the methodology used to calculate individual assessments will be available at the hearing.  Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
