PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of St. Bonifacius will hold a Public Hearing on July 2, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive, St. Bonifacius, MN.

The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public opinion with regard to Joor Schulz request to rezone 8655 Kennedy Memorial Drive from (R-1) Single Family Residential to (MU-BR) Mixed Use Business Residential. P.I.D. 32-117-24-22-0078.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the request will be heard at this meeting.
