CITY OF ST. BONIFACIUS
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of St. Bonifacius will hold a Public Hearing on August 20, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive, St. Bonifacius, MN.
The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public opinion with regard to amendments to City Code relating to
- Adopting a new Chapter 114: Cannabis Retail Businesses
- Amending Chapter 95: Grounds for suspension of a tobacco license.
- Amending Chapter 157: Definitions and Land Use Table – cannabis retail sales, cannabis cultivation facility, cannabis distribution facility, cannabis manufacturing facility, cannabis wholesaling facility, cannabis testing facility, lower-potency hemp edible manufacturing facility, lower-potency hemp edible sales
- Amending Fee Schedule relating to cannabis businesses
- Amending Fee Schedule relating to sign ordinance violations
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the code amendments will be heard at this meeting.
