PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of St. Bonifacius will hold a Public Hearing on November 19, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 8535 Kennedy Memorial Drive, St. Bonifacius, MN.

The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public opinion with regard to a Conditional Use Permit application as submitted by tenant Kenetic Bud Holding LLC (Kendra Luers) and property owner Boni TML LLC (Sam Oz) to conduct Cannabis Retail Sales at 4080 Tower Street Suites 1060 and 1070.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the conditional use permit will be heard at this meeting.
